Shipping Policy for Beverly G. McCarter Fine Art

Effective Date: November 18, 2025

All products are custom made-to-order by my trusted print-on-demand partner, Printful, and ship directly from their facilities (primarily in the United States, with some in Europe, Mexico, Canada, or Australia depending on the item and location).

Processing Time

  • Most orders are printed and handed to the carrier within 2–7 business days (average 2–4 days).

Shipping Times (after processing)

  • Standard shipping to USA: 3–10 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days (customs delays possible)

Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate shown at checkout

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50

Tracking

  • You will receive an automated email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact me within 14 days of the expected delivery date with photos (if damaged). I will work with Printful and the carrier to replace or refund you at no extra cost.

Incorrect Address

  • You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to Printful because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.
