Because every item is custom printed with my original artwork specifically for your order, all sales are final and I cannot accept returns for change-of-mind, wrong size selection, or buyer remorse.
I do stand 100% behind the quality of my work and Printful’s production.
You are entitled to a replacement or full refund if:
The item arrives defective or damaged
The wrong item or design was sent
The print quality is significantly different from the mockup shown
How to request a replacement or refund:
Contact me within 14 days of delivery via the contact form.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
I will coordinate with Printful and get you sorted quickly (usually a free reprint or refund within a few days).
Non-refundable: Original shipping charges and return shipping costs (if any).
