Returns & Refunds Policy for Beverly G. McCarter Fine Art

Effective Date: November 18, 2025

Because every item is custom printed with my original artwork specifically for your order, all sales are final and I cannot accept returns for change-of-mind, wrong size selection, or buyer remorse.

I do stand 100% behind the quality of my work and Printful’s production.

You are entitled to a replacement or full refund if:

  • The item arrives defective or damaged

  • The wrong item or design was sent

  • The print quality is significantly different from the mockup shown

Refunds:

  • Refunds (excluding original shipping) are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items (or confirm loss in transit).

  • Because shipping is included in the retail price and prepaid to our fulfillment partner, the shipping portion of the price is non-refundable in all cases, including returns, refunds, or non-delivery.

How to request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact me within 14 days of delivery via the contact form.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. I will coordinate with Printful and get you sorted quickly (usually a free reprint or refund within a few days).

  4. We reserve the right to deny refunds/replacements if evidence shows misuse, alteration, or damage after delivery.

Non-refundable:

  • Items returned without prior approval or outside the 30-day window.

  • Original shipping charges and return shipping costs (if any).

  • Fraudulent orders canceled without refund.

Lost or Non-Delivered Packages:

  • Tracking & Delivery

    • Tracking numbers are provided for all orders via email after shipment.

    • We are not responsible for packages once marked delivered by the carrier.

    • We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier after shipment.

  • If your order has not arrived and the tracking information shows it as lost in transit (no delivery scan after the estimated delivery date), please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date provided at checkout.

  • Include your order number and any relevant details.

  • We will:

    • Review the tracking information with the carrier and our fulfillment partner (Printful).

    • If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will either reship the item at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund (excluding original shipping fees), at our discretion.

  • If the tracking shows the package as delivered (including to a neighbor, secure location, or mailbox), we consider the order fulfilled and are not responsible for items reported missing after delivery. In these cases, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly to file a claim. We may, at our sole discretion, offer assistance or a partial resolution.

  • Please note:

    • We provide tracking numbers for all orders and recommend checking the status regularly.

    • Refunds or reships for lost packages do not include the original shipping cost.

    • We are not liable for delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
